Factory sounds problem

Dears Someone Who know’s

I’m do something wrong on my Voyager!!!I Push Factory sound I think that will store to factory sound but Preset sound on Bank A is same on Bank C Dont know why?Accully this voyager have Preset list bank A to G.My sound is lost..Please Help

You should not use the hidden functions when you have no experience in these settings!
