I am wondering if it is possible to control the Little Phatty with a CV keyboard like the ones used to control modular systems?

My guess is that if the CV keyboard uses 1 Volt per octave you could totally use it… also remember that the cv inputs on the LP can take up to 5 volts, so you need to check the keyboard manual or specs first
