Editor: Often appears "outside" of screen on Windows

Hi,

something that I had a lot with earlier versions of the editor, and that just happened again (I guess it occurrs randomly):

The editor window appears in the top left corner of the screen, with its title bar outside. So I can’t position the window where I want it.
Never happens on OSX.
