editor/librarian is annoying me

Hello,

I have massive problems to load user banks back into the editor/librarian.

I can receive banks from phatty, I can send banks, I can edit and save to phatty.

I also can save the edited patches as a user bank from the editor but loading them back randomly works only once a hundred tries.

This is very uncomfortable and I have no idea to pass this else to save data as sysex with midiox and then later load it again up to the editor to continue.

This is not what I am paying 69$ for!

Anyone with ideas here?

The editor is crap, I bought it, but it wasn’t worth the money at all.
Only got problems with it. Waiting for a better alternative.

Bought it for the PC and switch to MAC now, and so they told me I had to buy it again for the MAC!!!

Is it the same problem with the VST Editor as with the Librarian Editor?
Is it a SoundTower product?

Anyone tried the Rekon VST/AU Editor?

the soundtower editor/librarian is working fine for me and my lp se(i) with os 3.1 672.
are you running the current 3.10a version? Soundtower Inc.

can you use sysex to transfer a new set of presets & dump the old ones, without using the editor?

i am using latest 3.10 update.

i can dump from sp and load it with banks, yes.

But when I save the dump with the editor i cant load this banks back later, or as I wrote one in a hundred times it works.

Its wasted money, definately, a shame.
