The Module “Dual delay Trigger” from the early Moog Modulars, uses a FET Transistor E203 which I am unable to get any information whatsoever, has anyone any information on this i.e. a replacement ?
I am having another attempt at getting this circuit to work, so far the "suck it and see"FETS I am trying dont appear to work.
If E203 is a mfg part number and not a Moog number for board placement, IE: R121, R122, Q21, etc. try this cross referance
if tht doesn’t work, you can always send it to me.. 
Thanks..tonight I got signals going thru it and the delay is working however the trigger wont lift off..I suspect the capacitor..I had to pull two resistors off the board to get it working …i think this circuit must have been designed after closing time, I have much work to do on it yet.
