I downloaded Arturia’s Modular Demo the other day but it will not open
even though it is on my desktop…I e-mailed them..no reply..any body
help??..as far as I know my P.C. is up to speck.
Maybe delete the file from your computer and then try again??
I have had no problem running it, so I know that the demo works fine.
Cool program that sounds good, but I quickly grew weary of switching from one window to the other. Looks like I will just have to spring for a Moog 55. 
I recently downloaded the demo program about 3 weeks ago and had no problems. I have noticed however in the past few weeks, after the team at Arturia has since moved into their new offices, that their website has been incredibly slow. I have run the demo as both a stand alone, alternate VST or DXI plugin. You should have no problem uninstalling the program and trying again. You will have however upon installation have to check the install options if you want VST or DXI (Cakewalk) capabilities. Just as a sidenote, it seems to run with much faster latency (response time) when inserted into the virtual synth rack in Cakewalk’s Music Creator 2 program. You might have to install ASIO or WDM drivers to make it work with your sound card. That is the only thing I can think of.
