I sent several mails/enquiries to Moog these last months. Never had any answer.
Did anyone manage to reach Moog support ?
I tried them last month, and also got no response.
That’s a shame.
It’s something to make instruments full of bugs, but it’s something else to do nothing about it and bury its head in the ground.
Was your query about a rather recent instrument or an old one?
I had no answer between 2015 and 2019 for queries about Little Phatty, but I’ve read here that the Moog support was “responsive and great”. They must filter out, I guess…
