Dfam Wont sync

Hello ppl of modular gear

I recently got my arturia keystep pro

iam sending clock out from the Keystep into the adv / clock of the Dfam but it wont sync!!!

the dfam does make tempo changes when i change the tempo in the key step but its not accurate to the tempo

it does recieve start stop commands but the tempo in the dfam runs like crazy even in a 30 tempo from the key step

i honstly wanna cry since i just couldnt find any help and its drive me crazy

please did any one had this problem???

The Keystep Pro has different output options for the Sync Out. You can change these from the Utility menu on your Keystep. Maybe 1PPQ will do the trick, but you could try them all until one of them work.

I don’t have a DFAM but I’m planning on getting one and will be attempting to sync it with the Keystep Pro so let me know if this helps!
