detuned voyager

Hi everyone!
I just joined the forum and am asking support on my second hand voyager electric blue.I got it two weeks ago and am learning how to use it. Yesterday I found it detuned of about 3 semitones. Can someone explain what happened? Wrong tweaking or machine failure? Thanks

G’day - and welcome

IF you have your manual (page 38), look up “(2.2) Pot Mapping”. Reset all to zero. I had this problem too, and a simple reset brought my middle C back to middle C. It was a semitone low before.

HI! Nice to hear from you! Thanks a lot for the suggestion!!. I found the Pot Mapping in a different page and paragraph of the manual (downloaded from websirte) and tried to follow your instructions.
In edit mode- pot mapping - only the following possibilities are available.
SRC&Destination Map 1
SRC&Destination Map 2
SRC&Destination Map 3
SRC&Destination Map 4

an so gives the instruction manual. I could not find the instruction “RESET ALL TO ZERO”. The SW version is 3.3 -2007. Where I went wrong?

Hi,
make sure that pitch bend is zero:
MASTER, Software Version, ENTER, CURSOR.
Pitch Bend should be 0 in the center position.

Hi! I followed your instructions. You are right! Thanks  I have this sets:
Pitch bend wheel: +1
Modulation Wheel: 009
I tried to correct the values by setting them to zero, but, from that point is not possible to make any adjustment ( +1 / -1 buttons do not work). Do you have any suggestion on how to change?
