Desktop container for Moogerfooger rack?

I am looking to put the 6U Moogerfooger rack on my desktop. Does anyone have any ideas? So far the best thing I’ve found it this:

It’s not very pretty. I’m looking to have the pedals as vertical as possible. Many desktop racks are tilted. Any suggestions?

That should work for you!

I did something similar with one of the angled racks from Sweetwater:

The one problem with rack mounting the Mooger Foogers is maintaining access to the I/O panel once they’re mounted.
Even with the open rack, you might have to get a bit creative with some longer bolts and nuts when attaching the mounts to the rack, and “angle” the top of the mount out a bit.
No big deal, especially if the rack is going to remain stationary most of the time.

Good luck with your new gear setup - post pictures!!

Put them together, and VOILA!

You can fit 6u rails on the top, and 2u on the bottom. If I ever get a 3rd Fooger I’d consider building another DIY rack like this http://www.gearslutz.com/board/8780680-post49.html.
