Are you sure you made the factory reset (Factory Sounds)?
The Factory Sounds Reset resets the Compare buffer too, please try that and then reload your own presets. After that you can reset the pot mappings or the T.S. XYAG destinations for the old presets.

Although I haven’t seen this exact problem…I have seen corrupt (gobbly gook) text on the screen when I press the cursor button when preparing to change banks. This is a 3.2 Voyager - brand new from factory. Interestingly enough I have NOT seen this problem occur as well…it seems to occur for the entire time the machine is on but at least a few times it has not had the problem - not sure why or what changed.
