Hello, I saw this on YouTube between times 0:15-0:55 and I am not able to recreate this at all. I believe I have his same settings, but all oscillators are always firing.

Round-robin mode needs to be enabled in global settings. My brand-new Matriarch (as of last week) did not have this setting turned on by default, even though the manual says that it is. Check page 68 of the manual on how to enable round-robin.
