CV Out Modification for Sub Phatty

Can anyone tell me please why there isn’t a CV Out Modification option for Sub Phatty?
Does everyone think that this is irrelevant?

It is my understanding that Sub Phatty cannot have CV Outs, even with a factory Modification.
