CP-251, Pitch CVs and you

So I was wondering something. If I have a CV capable synth like the upcoming Arturia Minibrute and I run the Frequency CV out into the CP-251 Multiplier, would I be able to send the pitch out to both a Freqbox and a Minitaur or would it not pass on enough power? The manual doesn’t say “Don’t send a pitch in b/c it doesn’t give enough juice”, so it would seem like I could. I’m going to have that exact setup by April, less the CP-251 and if that trick works, I may try and squeeze one of those in along w/the rest to play as much at the same time as possible  Basslines paired w/the Minibrute and the extra Osc from the Freqbox in an Audio In as well just sounds like a lot of fun.

I really don’t know the limits of the 251, so if anyone who has experience w/it could help me out I’d be obliged. I had someone on another forum doubt it, but he also said he doesn’t actually have a 251.

This is modular basics. Therefore, it should work.

I think the guy was trying to claim it might not provide enough charge to drive other units b/c he didn’t think the multiplier was a buffered CV. I dunno. Sounded like he could either be exactly right or completely wrong

The multiple is just that…you can feed a signal into it, then send that signal to other CV gear. You can also use the 251 to boost a signal if need be. Using the 251, with proper patching, will definitely work to run two, even three pieces of gear.
