Could you add a sequencer to the Filtatron?

Hi Moog!

Would it be possible to add a simple 8 or 16 step sequencer to the Filtatron? I’m imagining something simple, yet it would make the VCO infinitely more useful.

You could combine the sequencer window with the sample window, as you did with the main/fx windows.

Also, would it be possible to add a method of customizing the routing of the pads? For example, have the vcf on top and delay on bottom, instead of them occupying the same pad? Really, the bottom pad is kinda pointless for me with the controls it’s currently wired to and i’d love to see a simple menu allowing us to choose the routings for the pads, maybe even some sort of matrix selection?

Yeah - a step sequencer would be a super cool addition.

For the time being, maybe my little tutorial on how to “play” the filtatron may help you in the meantime.

Thanks for the tutorial, Dikkker.

One correction: Filtatron can use audio copy and paste. To copy a sample, select it on the Sampler page and the press the “Menu” button in the upper righthand corner. You should see an option for “Copy.” If there’s something on the pasteboard, pressing “Menu” will also have a Paste option to insert the pasteboard contents in the Sampler.
