I just recently bought a Crumar orchestrator, which doesn’t have any filters for its string section. so I ran the orchestrator through the filter in my little phatty. it sounds really cool! I did the same thing with an electric guitar and the results were just plain psychedelic. any other cool ideas? what have you tried?
When using the filter on external audio, complex cutoff modulations can be created using the arp with keytracking turned up. Glide on for smooth waveforms. Start with filter ENV Amt at 12 O’clock to hear the effect of the arp alone.
Or with ENV Amt turned up and no keytrack, the arp can be used to make a looping ENV.
