controlling MF101 with Doepfer MCV4

Hi Guys

after lurking around and searching i didn’t find any satisfactory answer to my issue: is it possible to control the cutoff of the MF101 with a Doepfer MCV4 midi to CV converter? Loving my MF101 so far but I’m hoping to be able to control it not only manually but via MIDI as well, and I had a look at the Doepfer MCV4.

so i couldn’t wait and got an mcv4, it works.

sometimes self experimenting is the best way to get answers i guess
