are there any good audioexamples of the cp’s abilities on the web, besides moog’s ones, which are kindof not very clear to me. (plus, only2)
like for instance, with only one tone coming from guitar straight to amp and after that going through the sample-and-hold or lag-processor of the cp251

The CP will unleash an entire new set of possibilities for you with your MF102 and MF105. While the CP makes no sound on its own (save for the noise source), the CV options it provides will take your existing MF’s to the next level, and allow you to create new and different sounds and sound effects. And don’t forget that the CP’s Mixer can be used to mix audio signals as well as control voltages (a bonus!).
Since the CP doesn’t generate or modify sounds, it’s hard to provide demos of its capabilities. Sound isn’t processed through the CP, so a demo can only serve to illustrate the effect of the CP when used with other 'Foogers, the Voyager or the LP. You might try to audition a CP at your local music dealer to get an idea of what it can do for you (take your 'Foogers along with some patch cords).

It never hurts to have more cables. Try the S+H into the frequency of the RM… then use the Carrier Out on the RM… send to an attenuator on the CP… and use that to control Filter Cutoff on the LPF.
