Combining sysex presets into bank

Can you use midiox or windows file manager to select individual sysex presets and combine them into a bank?

Must a bank have a certain number of presets, eg. 100? Where would a partial bank, ie. <100, be written onto the Slim Phatty, from 00 or the current preset position?

Just using a sysex utility, you can send either a single individual preset or an entire bank.

Thanks for replying. I can send single presets and banks back and forth. And can use the Slim Phatty as a buffer, replacing individual presets and then writing the modified bank back to the PC.

I was trying to drag and drop or cut and paste presets on the PC to create banks. For example. I tried selecting files using Shift while loading the midiox buffer, but only one file could be highlighted at a time. I tried combining presets in a folder in file manager and also zipping that file.
