Clear pattern issue

Hello. I bought used M32 and have an issue now. I can’t clear patterns :smiley:
What I do:

  1. Press Shift + KB
  2. Press Shift + Reset/Accent + Pattern (tried in different sequences)
    And I still have the pattern I had before.
    I also have updated firmware to 2.0.1 by midi

Any suggestions? I really, still can’t use the device because I can’t clean patterns. Moog support is not answering, of course :smiley:

I watched what you did and it looks right to me. When I press that combination the lights make an indication that it has saved instead of just remaining yellow like yours. I’d definitely contact Moog.

I found the issue, I need to press stronger in Reset button, lol, so it is working
