When I set up my MoogSpace account it never asked for any CC info. I would definately try setting up a new account.

AFAIK, Moog has no plans to shutdown MoogSpace. It’s been on the backburner for quite some time, and I’ve spoken to Chris Stack (Moog’s Marketing Manager) about this on several occasions. From those conversations, I understand that the intention is to retool and relaunch MS at some point. But for now, it is what it is.

Here’s hoping you’re right, Greg, about moog relaunching MoogSpace. I think the Movivator sites have proven that a good web presence can be an essential marketing tool, although I believe those sites are actually run by Keyfax and not Yamaha.

Till isn’t the only one who has experience this problem - it’s happened to others, too.

Moog may have corrected this for new sign-ups, but the problem still seems to exist for some of the MS pioneers like Till. I can see why it leaves a bad taste in the mouths of some - it simply shouldn’t have happened.

Didn’t know the problem was so widespread – and can certainly see where that could leave a big sour taste.

Sorry but I feel the new site is a big step backwards. The original site was more modern and the fluid layout was a plus. Damn, the old site was ‘cool’.
