CC pairs for 14bit midi

Hi!

I would ask where i can find the CC pairs number of little phatty, to implement 14bit midi using CTRLR vst. I can’t find these numbers on manual, it says only that CC 1-31 will respond at 14bit message. I need to know wich CC number is in pair with the correspond CC 1-31, someone knows this thing?

i.e. use CC 0 with 32, 1 with 33, etc. just add 32

The low CC number is the MSB (coarse), the higher the LSB (fine).
