Can the CP-251 & 351be controlled via midi CC?
Not sure on the 351, my guess is no. CP-251 is for control voltages, not MIDI. If you had a MIDI to CV converter it could be done theoretically.
Simple enough to test on the 351.
Send note numbers to the Voyager and patch the pitch CV output from the 351to the LFO CV input. As you play higher notes the the LFO rate should increase.
Dang I was hoping it had its own CC# ported via that scuzzy cable.
Im thinking the voyager xl prob has those knobs cc’d. I prob should have saved the extra change and bought it all in one package, but I was thinking about keeping it external just so it was more modular. I really want to control the attenuator knobs on the 351 via midi.
I’ll send in a note to moog support, I really think they could if not already, at some point have the attenuators on the 351 MIDI controlled seeing that it has that scuzzy cord connection to the mainboard.
