Can't save user settings to editor

I was simply trying to save user settings to the editor but that screen always says hardware disconnected and I cannot ‘get’ or apparently export to my editor. The hardware disconnected message will disappear for a moment when I click on trying to get a hardware preset. When I try exporting I create a file name to be saved but it does not show up on my computer as if that file is not being created.

Yet, when I am on the editor page I can tweak knobs on the editor and the synth responds. So hardware is not completely disconnected as it sees my actions. What am I doing wrong? The preset editor works fine and I have a few early user presets which show up but that was a while ago and now no such luck updating my user presets on banks above 09. I cannot find a similar situation searching the forum or the web.

Same problem here with the Subsequent 37 CV and Librarian ver 1.0.0. I also have a Sub 37 TE and it works as expected on with the same editor.

Filing a support ticket–will let you know what I find out.

Hello folks,

This is a known bug in the Subsequent 37 CV firmware and there is a patch coming ASAP. Please keep your eyes peeled on your email, an official announcement will be made shortly.

Thanks.

was this solved? I’m having the same “hardware disconnected” msg from my Subsequent 37 CV when trying to connect to Librarian.

You should of got an email with a firmware update yesterday ?

Resolved. I had my USB plugged into a hub into my Mac rather than directly into the computer which I overlooked as the recommended method for accessing the editor.
