I don’t know if this is a common bug, but I just can’t restore my in-app purchases within Animoog. It’s a great app, but I’m getting tired of this kind of error. Can someone help me?

Received a response from Moog… it seems that it has nothing to do with the App itself. I’m very sorry for bashing the application.
Then I’ve searched for possible causes and discovered that it’s a problem with iOS6 + wi-fi. Some old routers can’t work with the new iOS. It’s really a shame, cause I didn’t want to buy/use other router. Maybe it’s time to look for a Time Capsule. 
I went to my local Apple Store and was able to restore my purchase in their wi-fi. It has also confirmed my theory that it had something to do with my own wi-fi. I just don’t understand why it worked so good with iOS5 and not iOS6… I regret my decision to update the iPad very much! If you can, stick to iOS5… maps just suck a lot in iOS6!!
