This is a message to anyone that works for Moog, and/or anyone who uses the forum that can help please…
I have a registered Moog Sub Phatty, and sometimes send a message to Moog via main website.
I have not had a reply for 6 months approx.
I understand that the World is in the middle of a pandemic, so I am cool if you are short staffed.
If the above is the case could I suggest a message is put up on your website advising expect delays when contacting us.
Anyway, does anyone know if the Moog servers are down, hence slow or no replies?
If anyone could help please I would appreciate this, as being a novice synth player, I sometimes reply on experts messaging me with their appreciated advice.
I put in a service request and received instant receipt confirmation, and usually hear back from someone within a week if not less. Did you get the initial confirmation? This is the message I got (minus the number):
Thank you for contacting Moog Music. Your request (#####) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.
In that case I would email again, try using the messenger thing that pops up on the bottom right on the webpage, keep trying until you get some kind of response - even just automated! Without that, it’s probably not going through.
