Can you record from an iPad to an iPhone?

Is there a way to record Animoog being played on an iPad to an app like Studio HD, or MultiTrack DAW on an iPhone? Or vise versa?

Using the the camera connection kit and a USB sound card like the SIIG SoundWave I was able to record animoog from my iPhone into GarageBand on my iPad.. Not sure about the other way around

The way my luck goes, I’ll buy the camera connector kit and soundcard and the next day Moog will release an update allowing 5 to 10 minute recording time. Which, with audio paste would solve my problem… :unamused:

Do you use the SoundWave 7.1 Pro?

Thanks again reidjazz, yup, that’s the beast. The first thing I’ll try when it arrives, is to record Animoog from my iPhone to Studio HD & Hokusai on my iPad. Then Animoog from iPad to Hokusai on iPhone. If that’s works, I’ll be happy.

My pleasure. The main reason i got it was to have a way to maintain a purely digital signal (with zero latency) to my M-Audio 410 audio interface (which has S/PDIF In & Out. I can also go straight into my optical port on my MacBook Pro…again, clean and zero latency.
