Can MF-103 Phaser used DC supply from Power Pedal2 ?

yes you can.

I power 3…MF-101, MF-103, MF-104 all from a pedal power 2. You just have to use reverse polarity cables. The cable with the red tip that comes with the PP2 is reverse polarity.
