Can anyone tell me why my Sub Phatty LFO does this?

Only when it receives MIDI. Tried a variety of different DAW’s and clock sources. The Moog receives MIDI to the LFO to control the tempo, and it seems to drift/reset itself. Really my only frustration with the Sub Phatty. In this video, it’s receiving MIDI from Reaper with a USB cable (same thing happens in Logic, Pro Tools, etc…) Same results with a standard MIDI cable as well.

Is the LFO gate reset turned on or off?
This is a second function of the PITCH AMT OSC 2 ONLY button reached in the shift mode (Bank 4 button + Active Panel button)
