this is semi Moog product related, I just wanted to know how trustworthy Nova Music is? I’m gathering it’s fine, but what makes me ask the question is the amazing prices/bundles they offer. I mean $150 difference between them and Sweetwater.com on some products!

Hey — I have bought 2 Moogs from these guys.
They are really REALLY good. They have great packages (I got 3 Moogerfoogers with my Voyager), and you can swap items out if you want. I already had the Moog DVDs so I called them and customized the package and received a case instead. Delivery is quick too, and they’re really friendly on the phone.

I paid about $3k for my whitewash Voyager… and received 3 Moogerfoogers, an expression pedal, a couple of DVDs and t-shirts, plus a Voyager soft-case… I thought it was a decent enough deal!

I picked up my LPSEII from them. Great price and service. I would buy from them again. ( maybe I need to buy an electric blue Voyagor?)

I’m looking into a Voyager for the hopefully not too distant future. But for right now I’m looking at the M-Audio Studiophile BX8a Deluxes monitors which cost $340 with Nova and $499 with Sweetwater.
Do you think they’d have better pricing on that over the phone?!

These guys are great! I have bought multiple things from them and I even drove there to pick up something in person once. They are trustworthy, top notch, love selling gear and hard to beat on price/value.
I would also have to say that analoguehaven is the only other place I look for great and hard to find analog equipment.
I ordered a Voyager Ash Lunar and the Vx351, they gave it to me for $2999.
I also ordered a Roland Fantom G8 from them and they gave it to me for $2999, due to arrive Monday.
Both are brand new unopened and shipped for Free.
Now, Can you beat that.
I will say though that I just found out that the credit card used in the recent transactions has become a victim of Identity theft, but this is something we just discovered today and HAS NOT BEEN ATTRIBUTED TO NOVA MUSIK.

Well, I called and bought the monitors. The nice guy there (Eric) shaved an addition $20 off of the price along with free shipping and a t-shirt, woohoo! Saved almost $200 next to Sweetwater etc. I’ll be buying my Moogs etc from them from now on! Thanks everyone!
Not a fan. They sold me a reboxed synth as new. I of course returned it.
I like the fact that your dealing with a small company compared to a huge giant like Sweetwater. I’d rather support the little guy first.
They should have been upfront about that. I got my Little Phatty from them as an “open box buy” and got a good deal because of it. I wonder what their criteria for new vs. open box is.
Great store. Wish there were more things I could buy from them.
