brightness knob "problem" on rme

i’ve already seen this post

In my rme, even with the brighter knobs fully counter clockwise, there is a very weak light on all the panel. (is it visible if all the lights in my room are turned off)
Is it normal?

No, it’s not normal at all. If you twist the knob at maximun it must be bright like hell.

I never used it at values more than “half” twist.
