Brand new Sub Phatty pitch bend out of whack

Hi all my first post here. My new Moog has an issue out of the box where he instant you tough the pitch bend it immediate just to full bend up. Moving the wheel up then has no effect and only down changes it. I updated to the latest firmware but it’s still there. I saw a thread about recalibrating the Sub37. Can this be done with the Phatty?

Is this happening an all presets?
Is this happening even without MIDI or USB cable connected?

This might be a hardware problem.

Or just a particular setting in the hidden fonctions.

Maybe a pot calibration as well, and a full reset

Yes it needed Ronnie recalibrate. All is well.
