Brand new Sub 37, notes won't stop playing

I will start messing around with an init patch and suddenly it just keeps playing a steady note, like a MIDI key is stuck. Switching to other presets has that same note held, only a restart fixes it temporarily. Do I have a defective unit?

It doesn’t like you have something plugged in to the Gate CV port.

Hey I just reported this, too. But on my Sub 37 this only happens when you’re outside of the default octave (octave up or down is activated). Can you confirm that?

No I’m in the default octave, happens for all presets after it begins. I have nothing plugged into any CV ports. So bummed right now.
