Didn’t there used to be a delete function???

Buh - lah!
Just feelin’…
Buh - lah!
I was having some issues yesterday installing the digital board and the left hand controller.
A couple of those “D’oh!” moments.
Here’s a tip:
If your employer gives you a $450 Moog upgrade kit as a bonus, don’t wait 2-1/2 years to install it!!!
When I finally pulled it out of the box yesterday, the pins on two of the power connectors were bent into banana shapes, and the wheels were scratched from the process. I finally just used my fingernail and pressure to straighten the pins. I couldn’t find anything small enough to fashion a tool from that would fit in the connector.
There wasn’t that much stuff in the box, and everything was wrapped in bubble wrap. Something must have squished the hell out of that box to bend those pins like that and scratch the wheels at the same time.
Anyway, got that all straightened out, loaded the sw, and of course the sw install didn’t go anything like I’ve read about here. But I trudged ever onward and was rewarded by a successful install and boot.
Only casualty was a single patch, that was actually pasted across three different banks in the number one slot. For some reason unknown to me SoundTower swapped out the patch in the SoundTower bank for the patch displayed on the Voyager’s panel. It really should have a prompt for that function. ![]()
So what happened to that delete button…
