Big problem w/ "Mod Source" and "Octave OSC1" on SubPhatty

Hello!
“Mod Source” and “Octave OSC1” switches no more responding on my Subphatty. In subphatty editor it works well.
Where I can buy new switches for repair?

I wrote an email to the technical support one week ago, but they have not answered me! :open_mouth:
