My name is Gil and I’m the person who is in charge of testing and qualifying the versions in beta, and will lead you through everything you may need to be able to provide us with all relevant feedback, hopefully being able to create highly stable and reliable, great user-end products.
To help us processing your reports, I would ask you first to get into your account setting area on this forum and add the following information:
- Main OS or OS’s used (please also mention whether it’s 32 or 64 bit)
- DAWs you are using (including version numbers, 32/64 etc.)
- Format of plugins used (i.e. VST, VST3, AAX, RTAS, AU)
- Any moog equipment currently used in your set up (and other peripherals is possible)
Optional (but yet important): Your name, contact email, website etc.
Whenever reporting an issue, it would of course be great if you try to provide with as much information as possible, so we can easily reproduce it in house (non reproducible bugs are generally less easy to resolve). Therefore, please always try to see if your issue is reproducible, and describe the set of steps used to reproduce it. Adding screenshots whenever needed would be helpful too.
Basically, every report is always welcomed and also appreciated !
