… hi all… a while back I posted this compilation set of 100 of my favorites of the three different sets of factory patches for the TE, SE and SE II.
Re-posting because I did re-test them with the latest Amos OS, and they work just as they did.
Just in case anyone wants to load 'em up. It’s a MIDI-OX sysex file, all 100 choices contained in the one small file.
I use them as a basis for new sounds all the time.. enjoy.

Am I doing this wrong? When I click the link I just get a jumble of symbols on the screen.

You have to save the file to you harddisk, not open it. It’s a sysex-file (.syx).
Then upload the file to you Phatty.
So… Do I hit “save link as”?
I’m sorry I know I must seem really stupid, but how do I save it to my hard disk?

Standard PC procedure:
Right click on the link.
Choose “Save target as ..” or “Save link as …” or similar.
Locate your desktop in the dialog and click “Save”.
Voilá!
Standard Mac procedure:
I have no idea …
If you’re a Mac and running Safari, you’ll need to either do a 2-finger clock (if using a track pad) or the equiv which is a CTLR click. The other option is to do a Command click to do download straight away, then obviously SysEx Librarian.
For FireFox, first two methods work, Command click will not.
