Piebald uses a Minimoog for sure. I believe they also used an Opus III and a Voyager, but not certain about these.
Mentioned it earlier, about AIR using Moogs, but in a recent interview in Remix Magazine, they said they used a Voyager on their new album “Talkie Walkie” and absolutely love it.
One more thing. Since Rick Wakeman was mentioned early in this thread, why not make mention of his Yes predecessor, Tony Kay (who was also his successor) who used a Minimoog on The Yes Album. Also, Mellatron buff Mike Pinder from the Moody Blues used a Moog of some sort, as did his replacement - who, strangely enough was Wakeman’s initial replaceent in Yes - Patrick Moraz. [You can hear Pinder’s use of the Moog, and whatever other synths he had in his rig, on the Moodies’ “Steppin’ in a Slide Zone” from their 1978 album.]
Not to mention the fourth Yes keyboard player, Geoff Downes. His keyboard rig made every prog rock keyboard player, including Wakeman, turn pale. There had to have been some Moog gear in there, somewhere.

The Buggles: Yes, they did have a Minimoog in that infamous song.
Soft Cell: They used something that resembled a Polymoog on Tainted Love. Well, it said Moog on the back of the synth anyway. 
I saw this band recently in NYC from Pittsburgh called “Zombi” - these guys use all kinds of synths - I believe I saw the drummer playing a Moog Source and a Sequential Circuits Six Trak - he basically only played during breaks, and used the Source to play arpeggios, or used the hold function to sustain notes - the bassist/synth player had all kinds of stuff - a Pro-One, a Korg PolySix, a Prophet 600, and a Source. I think these guys do some soundtrack stuff, but their live stuff sounds like Goblin meets King Crimson and Rush - pretty good stuff. Worth a listen if you ever hear they are playing your area, if only to see all of their synths.
not necessary a band, but a spectacular moog user is the techno artist jurgen vries. go to www.singingfish.com and look up his song called the theme from the cd trance nation 2003. spectacular minimoog use in a song, especially in techno music which tnds to utilize modern synths.
i saw zombi a few months ago in philly -definitely an intense live show. kinda hard to believe two dudes can pull all that stuff off live in real-time (as best as i could tell, they weren’t using any sequencers). the bassist playing his fender bass with one hand and his SCI prophet with the other was pretty brutal.

Sorry John. I guess Precious Time WASN’T the first dutch band to use it on an album. They started recording their album “polars” in 2002
the king of rock-Moog Manfred Mann. The Monkees also used a Moog on their 1967 album Pisces Aquarius Capricorn and Jones LTD played by none other than Mickey Dolenz.
i just discovered the Rentals song “waiting”…if only I could start a band where every song was as awesome and poppy as that.
Return To Forever and Mahavishnu Orchestra both used the Moog, in the extremely capable hands of Chick Corea and Jan Hammer, respectively. Have a listen to ‘Celestial Terrestrial Commuters’ on ‘Birds of Fire’ by the Mahavishnu Orch - Hammer’s solo makes use of the dirtiest, most raw synth tone I’ve ever heard. Wonderful.
When my friend saw my Voyager he claims that Amy Studt uses it. I have still found no evidence to prove it though.
