Here’s four tracks of LP (expanded from 2 live MIDI tracks) of a Bach menuet for keyboard…
Entire composition played into MIDI tracks first, from which the 4 LP tracks were generated. Basic goal was to acheive more experience in recording LP… and to avoid the quantized rigidity that so many Bach MIDI tracks display… anyway, an interesting project that is testing out both MIDI and audio facets of the LP.

thanks… of course, the textures and ideas are all ala Carlos… I remember that Carlos also used lots of panning to great effect… you’ll hear this in my little excerpt as well…
The layering of the LP in this manner is so different than simply piling on synth patches through the sequencer… playing live, or tweaking sounds as they sequence certainly gives a more organic sound.
I may cook up a somewhat larger scale piece in this style. Much to be learned in the process!
