$10K??? Maybe it’s sour grapes, but I’m perfectly happy with my Signature Edition Voyager (under 3 grand) and Theremin (under 500 bucks)… What does a non-signature Model D go for anyway?

The seller originally stated it was special because of the serial number, but he’s since removed that text.
I guess several people wrote him to explain that 4000 (or 4010) isn’t any more special than 3999.
From what I can see it’s just a basic, slightly modded Minimoog with Bob’s signature.
