yeah i agree on the z-type stands, i also bought the on-stage z-stand and i honestly really in love with it, not only the width is perfect, but i can set the height really low and great to play in a short cheap ikea stool 
, but to what i’ve seen on hercules’ is that it has a better system on how the 2nd tier is attached to the stand .. so go for it! (but i’m glad i bought mine only for 40 bux used ) from now on, no more x-stand for me thank you. Good luck!
