Anyone got a USB Debug Adaptor for sale/loan?

My LP has blanked out on me once again, I no longer have the debug adaptor I used last time, as I didn’t think I’d be needing it again.

I’m in the UK, so if anyone else who’s had the blanking problem wants to sell theirs, or even lend for this repair, I’d be happy to pay postage, or whatever is deemed reasonable.

can you tell us the procedure on how to get the Moog going again-please for those of us that dont have a Moog service centre
