I’m trying to pull off something which isn’t quite working out for me.
I have a Maschine controller, which outputs PolyPressure, or at least, seems to.
i am trying to route this midi stream into Animoog via WIFI. i got MidiOX to connect the Maschine output
(via MIDI controller mode) into rtpMidi, which connects Wirelessly to Animoog.
Generally, it works, but no polypressure. If i switch the maschine to output channel pressure, and setup
the animoog patch to mod via channel pressure, it works. Polypressure, doesn’t. Now i know animoog
is generally capable of receiving polypressure signals because i’ve watched this: (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cH5M0ap5PV8),
but i guess i’m missing something. My only guess right now is that rtpMidi is blocking polypressure, but
that sounds pretty unlikely, doesn’t it? anyways, if anyone has any experience with this sort of stuff, i would
love to hear what you suggest.
