Looking forward to know that myself, too. 
Filtatron is a “one-size-fits-all” app~
It was designed for iPhone, but works fine on a conventional iPad.
Pretty sure it would work on the mini, as well.
(If I’m not mistaken, the mini will run all current standard iPad apps)
One caveat -
Filtatron hasn’t received an update in a LONG time.
It displays in “portrait” orientation only, and is does not support Audiobus.
