Animoog and Akai MPK 25 issue

First, here’s a brief description of my setup:
iPad 2 with most up to date iOS
Akai MPK 25 MIDI controller
iRig MIDI to connect the iPad to the MPK 25 using the MIDI cable and using USB to power the iPad
Audio out from the iPad to a Bose Wave radio via Bose AUX port
Animoog 2.1.0

I’m having a problem using Animoog with my MPK 25 MIDI controller. I can start everything up and it works just fine. But if I play a note on the MPK and then move the Pitch Wheel, the sound immediately goes dead. After that, I can’t get anything out of Animoog. If I keep hitting keys on the MPK, the red MIDI light on the iRig still flashes and I see activity on Anomoog’s X-Y pad. If I try to play directly from the iPad, same thing… No sound but activity on the X-Y pad. The only way I can recover from this is to quit Animoog and restart.

Anyone else experience this kind of an issue? I use this same set up with Magellan, Sunrizer, Wavemapper, Sample Tank, among many others. I only have this problem with Animoog.

Any suggestions are gratefully appreciated.

Tom

Try completely shutting down then restarting your iPad ~

Sometimes makes a difference after installing iOS or app updates.
