Bassist Billy Sheehan had a floor pedal controller designed by Starrlabs. It represents one octave of a fretboard left to right, and the vertical rows represent the four strings of a bass guitar, jumping up an interval of a fourth each row.
Tangentially related to the Taurus, but I thought it was a pretty interesting design solution for a non-keyboard related floor trigger.

EGGS!
Lots of eggs. A whole ton of eggs. An interesting floor trigger, for sure. Not too sure how practical it would be. Some people have a hard enough time with organ-style bass pedals.
Similar design on the Digikick controller, but the Digikick uses switches instead of “eggs”, & can be programmed to play any 3-note chord, user-assignable to any one of it’s footswitches. Good luck keeping track of all those tiny switches (and their associated functions) during a live show on a darkened stage… See them at www.digikick.com
Lol at “better than voltor” - is he Voltor’s biggest fan, or his self-proclaimed arch-enemy?
I think I like the eggs better. But what would be really awesome would be fewer eggs under larger pedals…like a gas pedal from a car, or similar form. And please…don’t feed the troll. He’s caused more damage than I can ever hope to recoup from.
Take your eggs and Have a Happy Easter!
