Adjusting slope of a 911EG ?

I notice on Arturia’s Modular V software , there’s an option to adjust the slope of the combined VCA/911…

Would anyone know how to modify the 911 schematic to achieve this ?
I’m thinking of the Attack phase more than anything .A small control placed on the panel would be ideal to adjust the slope.

I have cloned 911’s so wouldn’t be tinkering with the genuine item.

Do you mean shape not slope? Shape is linear, log, exponential. Slope is rise/fall per unit time, which is what A/D/R controls are for.

If you’re referring to shape, some things are easier in software.

Yes, I meant to say that it’s probably a case of possibly changing the slope from linear to exponential…if it could be done by altering or adding some components ?

You could at least experiment with the results by feeding the 911EG to the control input of a 902 VCA set to exponential. Then feed a constant 5V source into the 902. The output of the 902 will be a magically exponential 911.

Your mileage may vary,
Roger

Yes I’ve done this but not feeding 5v to the VCA (actually using another 911) and indeed it does change the linear/exponential output of the 911/902 combo.
I just wondered if there was a simpler way …the 911 circuit looks pretty simple but alas I’m not electronically fluent to modify the circuit. I guess it actually may be quite complicated to achieve an exponential output otherwise they would have done it ?
