Hi,
I know that noise is part of the package on these units but how much noise is acceptable?
I can hear my lfo popping away when the unit is not bypassed and plugged into the send and returns on the mixer (When I have nothing playing through my monitors I hear it) … This is with normal monitoring levals in my home studio, normal?

I recently used the 108M on a recording session I was hired for.
I used multiple channels and multiple outputs (6 to be exact)
The 108M channel was so noisy it had to be cut in the final process.
The most disruptive noise occurs when the delay time is maxed on the “Chorus” setting and the Feedback gets over +2 or -2, I get this hissy sound that builds in to a very loud “ZZZZZZZZAPPPP!!!” It sort of occurs randomly. It also seems to be squelched if I increase the LFO Amount above 4, but will pop up at odd moments especially on the Random/Sample and Hold Setting.
I just get it around it by using the pedal for generally subtle effects w/ low amounts of delay, mix and LFO, or heavily coloring the FB insert channel.
Still love it, but it sure can be an odd bird.
