Is there a way to setup the tap tempo so that it is not a strict 1-1 ratio? I.e., my tap tempo = 4 cycles/notes (sixteenths) per tap, or perhaps triplets or odd-metered (like 5 or 7/tap).

I apologize if I missed this in the manual, but I’ve read it over a million times. The midi-clock settings does not appear to have anything to do with adjusting this.

If it is not possible, could this be considered for future software upgrades/releases?

There’s a setting in the arpeggiator menu that lets you chose what subdivision of the beat the arp is working from. This influences whether the tap tempo is quater notes, or eighth notes, or dotted whatever. It’s all there, you’ll find it by fiddling
