I have long been a fan of The Sherman Brothers and was very sad to hear about the loss of Robert B. Sherman. I recorded this as a tribute. When I play live, there are quite a few Sherman Brothers songs that make their way into my sets - their melodies are so, well, melodious! But they had such a way with words too. They just don’t write 'em like this anymore.
I’ll have to check this out after work. Can’t wait to see your tribute to one of the greatest songwriters of the 20th century.

Nicely done Sir. There is a great yet very sad movie (documentary) on the the Sherman brothers. I believe it’s called The Boys. It was directed by two of their sons.
